Colophon.
A short note on how this site is put together.
Made by hand, hosted in Denmark, no cookies or tracking or analytics. That's the whole story — the rest below is just the details.
Made by hand
This site is written and built by hand — no site builder, no template shop, no drag-and-drop. Every line of code, every gradient, every extra-styled border is placed on purpose. It takes longer; it also means the site is actually the size it looks like it is, instead of a megabyte of JavaScript rendering it from the inside.
Hosted in Denmark
The site is hosted with a Danish provider. That means Danish jurisdiction, Danish infrastructure, and your data doesn’t cross borders unnecessarily to render a static page.
No cookies, no tracking, no analytics
There are no third-party trackers on this site. No Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no Hotjar, no “we just want to see what you click on” cookies. Not a single cookie is set in your browser. If you check your browser’s developer tools, the Storage tab is empty.
In practice that means: no cookie banner. There’s nothing to consent to.
There are no third-party connections at all. Fonts, images, and scripts are all served from the same server as the rest of the site.
Privacy policy
Booking requests reach me by email, so I have your messages, your bookings, and your invoicing details in my inbox. That’s necessary for booking and billing — it isn’t shared with anyone, and it isn’t used for anything else.
If you’d like your data anonymised or deleted, drop me a line and I’ll handle it. Same goes if you want to know what I have on file about you.
Subprocessors: simply.com hosts the site and provides email. That’s the only third party that touches operational data.
